The Opportunity

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a key leadership role at our

Hinckley depot

. As Assistant Depot Manager, you'll play a vital part in supporting the Depot Manager with day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

: Support and supervise depot staff, encourage development, and foster a positive working environment.

Operational Excellence

: Help manage goods in/out, stock control, and logistics to keep everything running smoothly.

Customer Focus

: Deliver exceptional service, resolve queries, and maintain a professional approach.

Health & Safety

: Ensure safe working practices for staff, customers, and visitors.

Sales & Service

: Identify local sales opportunities and promote our products and services.

Depot Standards

: Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and support depot performance.

Step Up When Needed

: Confidently cover for the Depot Manager during absences or busy periods.
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and leadership skills A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving Experience in a trade counter, warehouse, or depot environment (preferred) A good understanding of health and safety Organised, accurate, and ready to grow with us
