We are looking for an Assistant Director of Quality and Governance to join our team in our Adult Services directorate.
As the Head of Quality and Governance you will work as part of the strategic leadership team and be accountable for embedding clinical leadership within services.
Responsible for ensuring the quality and clinical governance agenda is effectively delivered across the Division, working in partnership with the Community Services Director and lead clinicians to ensure a multi-profession approach.
Leading on the development and implementation of a Divisional plan,
strategy and policy for Quality that aligns to the Trust quality quadruple aim ensuring
quality is at the forefront of everything we do
As part of the strategic leadership team, you will be responsible for
ensuring and assuring that the total business of the service division is managed
safely, effectively, efficiently and in accordance with the strategic and operational
objectives of the organisation.
Working with a wide range of clinicians Provide expert professional support and
advice on all aspects of the service provided for patients, including promoting an
effective multi-disciplinary contribution to the provision of patient care. This may
involve representing patient needs at Executive level
