At ADS, we're seeking a dedicated Assistant Driller to join our team, in this role you will be supporting our Lead Drillers on different projects across multiple locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What you will be doing?

Supporting the Lead Driller on drilling operations. Manual Handling and physical tasks. Operating drilling equipment and hand tools. Working outdoors in all weather conditions Staying away from home during the week Maintaining a safe working environment

What we're looking for

No experience required in drilling, but construction background would be advantageous. A reliable, team-focused individual Someone who takes pride in their work. Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/manual work A strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Happy to work away Monday-Friday

Essential:

Full, UK Driving Licence Ability to pass regular drug & alcohol testing. Living within commuting distance of the midlands area

Preferred (not essential):

CSCS Card Experience in a hands-on or manual role
