As an
Assistant Early Years Practitioner
, you will play a vital role in supporting the welfare, learning, and development of the children in your care. You'll be a committed, enthusiastic professional who ensures every child has the best possible start in life.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily nursery routines and assist colleagues as needed.
Provide high-quality care and engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities.
Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
Contribute to planning, observations, and developmental records.
Safeguard all children and follow nursery policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Participate in training, meetings, and nursery events.
Requirements
Genuine passion for working with young children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and child development.
