Hours: Full time hours considered up to a maximum of 1 FTE / 36.5 hours

The position holder is responsible for the operational outputs and delivery of the Online Distance Learning/Non-standard education support services. They are required to lead and inspire a team of Senior Coordinators and Coordinators as well as collaborate with key internal and external Stakeholders on our more bespoke/specialised programmes. They will play a key part in curriculum expansion and development, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the team.

The role will interact with a broad range of customers, including students, faculty, staff, stakeholders and be held to a high standard of operational execution and customer service. They will encourage ethical behaviour among those associated with the Business School.
