Overview

We are seeking a assistant Electrical Design Co Ordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in electrical engineering and demonstrate the desire to learn and work in various design software such as CAD & Amtech. This role is pivotal in developing key processes in the electrical installation process from design to delivery on site. The assistant design co ordinator will collaborate closely with other members of the engineering team to enhance project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed electrical designs and schematics using CAD software, including AutoCAD Assist co ordinating electrical design. Attend design meetings and site visits. Electrical Drawing take offs Preparing estimates take offs Operation and Maintenance Manuals Create and maintain documentation for all designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during the implementation phase of projects.

Qualifications

AutoCAD is desirable. Understanding of electrical engineering principles. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
This role will suit someone who could already be undertaking electrical works on site or working through an electrical course and now wants to move into the office or already has some experience but wants to change.
