The Job Mission



This role supports the electrical design of a major power plant project.

You'll help produce and manage cable routing deliverables.

You'll contribute to the design review and technical coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

Support development of cable routing layouts using in-house tools. Prepare routing reports ensuring cable paths and lengths are accurate. Assist in assessing feasibility of design changes or queries raised. Collaborate with the layout team to resolve routing challenges. Participate in risk assessments and propose routing optimisations. Provide feedback to improve routing software and its usage. Attend team meetings to report progress and identify key issues. Take part in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications



Essential Skills



Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience with cable sizing, routing, and sequencing Familiar with CAD software Able to review and contribute to electrical design documentation Confident working with 3D models and digital routing tools Strong organisational skills to manage design tasks Effective communicator, both verbal and written Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams

Exposure to AVEVA E3D or Navisworks Exposure to Caneco or similar tools Experience working in a regulated or large-scale infrastructure project Basic understanding of I&C system layout
