Key Responsibilities:
Handle Enquiries Promptly:
Respond to all client enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Client Consultation:
Understand the client's full requirements, including their preferences and budget, to deliver a tailored experience.
Client Meetings:
Arrange and attend meetings with clients to confidently present ideas and gather detailed event information.
Pricing Strategy:
Research competitive market prices, maintain a healthy profit margin, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Quote Preparation:
Prepare detailed quotes based on client requirements and review with the client for approval.
Food Tasting Coordination:
Attend food tasting sessions and gather comprehensive event details such as:
Service timing
Venue access
Estimated service duration
Client preferences and special instructions
Terms and conditions for service delivery
Invoicing:
Generate invoices post-tasting, with flexible options to modify services (e.g., guest count or menu changes).
Staffing & Logistics:
Coordinate staffing requirements including drivers, external chefs, and service personnel.
Equipment & Supplies:
Organise necessary equipment, including linen, kitchenware, hired items, and other event essentials.
Vendor & Team Liaison:
Work closely with event managers, chefs, and service teams to ensure seamless event operations.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience in the hospitality or catering industry (essential)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of event planning, food & beverage services, and logistics
Familiarity with social media marketing tools and platforms
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
A confident, team-oriented professional eager to learn and grow
