Conference & Banqueting Office

on a

permanent

As an

Assistance Events Planning Manager

, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:


Plan social and corporate events from Contract Handover to Delivery and post event Invoicing & follow up

Liaise closely with clients throughout entire planning process

Closely collaborate and communicate with Operational Teams

Previous experience in coordinating Weddings is preferred

Previous Hotel experience preferred

Previous event planning experience is essential
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
