About you
- 3rd level qualification
- Keen interest in Agriculture (desirably but not essential) with livestock handling experience
- Be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with admin tasks
- MUST be able to work on a rotational shift basis
- Open to Graduates in Operations Management
- Support the management team in all aspects of the business
- Supporting the processes required in the production side of the facility
- Take an active role in people management, equipment, transport and customer liaison
- When on call, local accommodation will be provided to improve reaction times
