Supports the Supplier Funding process through the execution of:

Preparation activities pre claiming Processing supplier funding claims via our Supplier Funding platform Keying forecasting information


As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

Own the claims across your assigned specific Commercial categories Support Buyers in updating TA excel trackers Setup Agreements in Supplier Funding system based on translating information from Word/PDF contracts Processing supplier funding claims Keying forecast information into Supplier Funding system from excel document Updating TA tracker with information output from Enable system Ensure the DOA & Key minimum controls are adhered to across the Categories. Pro-actively manage the process for communicating and obtaining the relevant financial information from the Category Teams Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all Teams (inc Suppliers) to ensure business performance objectives are met Liaise with Suppliers, Accounts Payable, Commercial & other stakeholders when required to conform to financial compliance needed. Resolve pricing and promotional pricing queries. Ad-hoc analysis, as required to Support the various Stakeholders across the business. Overall data reconciliation support & control reviews

Knowledge, skills and ability needed for this role holder

Able to prioritize own workload in a fast-paced environment & good at working under pressure. Good numerical and analytical skills to be capable of monitoring deals and supplier funded agreements. Well organised with good planning skills to ensure delivery of necessary activities. Excellent attention to detail to ensure line level accuracy. Excellent technical skills in PC applications, preferably with experience in Excel and Reporting tools Strong numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to assimilate and interpret data for business growth Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate positive influencing skills

Qualifications:

Some previous Commercial or Finance experience would be an advantage. Experience of operating within an Accounting Department within a large company with Accounts experience.
