Assistant Finance Business Partner

to join our forward-thinking finance team and play a key role in shaping our financial direction.

In this role, you'll proactively partner across all areas of the business, using your financial insight and analytical skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. You'll bring data to life for both finance and non-finance stakeholders, enabling smarter decisions and driving continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.

What You'll Be Doing

Business partnering across functions to influence decision-making and challenge assumptions Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process Providing clear, actionable insight through variance analysis and KPI tracking Contributing to investment appraisals, strategic planning, and change projects Improving financial processes and tools for greater efficiency and impact

What You'll Bring

2+ years in financial analysis, management accounting, or commercial finance Strong Excel skills and a knack for presenting numbers to non-finance audiences A proactive, curious mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Currently studying towards an accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
