who:


Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams Monitors inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager, Assistant Meetings and Events Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
