, you'll take full ownership of all F&B operations across our vibrant restaurant, stylish bar, room service, and events/ wedding spaces. This is a hands-on role to provide excellent customer service, to constantly exceed customer expectations delivering the highest standards with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Great Customer Service
Basic Coffee Training - we can teach you the rest
Outgoing, Positive Personality - Confidence is key
Knowledge of Food Service & Upselling
Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic team across all F&B outlets
Plan and deliver exceptional service for events, banquets, and VIP functions
Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver a creative drinks menu
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven F&B management experience in a 3-star (or higher) hospitality environment
Charismatic leader with a "can-do" attitude and a hands-on approach
Strong operational knowledge and financial acumen
Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
Passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest moments
Ability to thrive under pressure and lead by example
