Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team at DoubleTree by Hilton in the heart of the UK. This pivotal role contributes to our mission by ensuring exceptional food and beverage service, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting our culinary team.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations in our Koukash Restaurant and Conference and Banqueting area to ensure high standards of service.
Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that meet guest preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Support budget management by controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management.
Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
