We are seeking a proactive and personable Assistant Front Office Manager to support the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring smooth front office functions, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Duties
Assist in overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide outstanding guest services, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Supervise front office staff, including training and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
Maintain accurate reservation records and manage room allocations effectively.
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service excellence.
Support the front office team during busy periods, stepping in to handle guest requests or administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, representing the hotel professionally at all times.
Assist with administrative duties such as reporting, correspondence, and inventory management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred.
Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and administrative tasks.
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
