Rutland Nursery is an established family-run business, with a garden nursery, shop and restaurant situated in a fabulous location on the south shore of beautiful Rutland Water.



The Nursery has been in existence for over thirty years, growing and nurturing plants for the gardens of Rutland and beyond. Our purpose is to excite, inspire and equip our customers with natures possibilities.



Do you love plants, people, and retail? Were looking for an Assistant Garden Retail Manager to join the team here at Rutland Nursery.



This is a full-time role (including weekends and bank holidays) where your horticultural knowledge and retail experience can really shine. Youll have the confidence to lead a team, a good head for business, and the passion to make every customer feel at home.



Working alongside our Garden Retail Sales Manager, youll enjoy plenty of autonomy and the chance to help shape our thriving nursery and garden centre. No two days are the same, but all of them are rooted in a beautiful setting, friendly faces, and a shared love of plants.
