The

Assistant General Manager (AGM)

plays a vital role in the seamless operation of our establishment, upholding exceptional service standards and ensuring food quality and safety are consistently met. This dynamic leadership position requires a results-driven individual with strong management skills, culinary insight, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise and develop staff, and elevate the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive team culture.

This is a

full-time, 48-hour-per-week contract

position, with flexibility required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet performance goals Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Contribute to operational improvements and business growth initiatives

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
