Assistant General Manager
to help lead our vibrant Parks and Cafes across Bristol. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a flair for innovation, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple sites
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold Brew Social brand standards
Lead and develop a passionate team, managing rotas, recruitment, and training
Drive commercial performance through local sales and marketing initiatives
Monitor food and labour costs, ensuring efficient and effective resource use
Engage with key stakeholders and the local community to build strong relationships
Champion new ideas and continuous improvement across all cafes
What we're looking for:
Experience in catering or hospitality management
A people-focused leader with strong communication and organisational skills
Financially aware and confident using IT systems
NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent, plus Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
A self-starter with energy, creativity, and a desire to make a difference
Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and knowledge of food production
