Job Summary

We are seeking experienced assistant General Manager to oversee the general running at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that both staff and customers have an fun, enjoyable experience. This role requires a hands-on approach to management, dealing with daily tasks, running various positions within the bingo club.

Duties

Lead and supervise day to day running of the club, ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Manage and train staff across various departments, including bartending, cooking, selling of tickets and even calling the bingo. Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain the guidelines. Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor compliance within the establishment.

Experience

Experience in a managerial role would be beneficial. Bingo background would be preferred but not essential. The ability to work within a team as well as management, leadership, and supervising staff effectively. Previous experience within bar/kitchen work or knowledge of this area would be advantageous. Great communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
