Assistant General Manager, Floor Manager & Bar Manager

who's not only passionate about

food, wine, and hospitality

, but who also has the

commercial awareness and entrepreneurial drive

to help lead a thriving, independent restaurant. This role is about more than running the floor -- it's about thinking like an owner, spotting opportunities, and making smart decisions that shape both the guest experience and the bottom line.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven service environment Strong

commercial acumen

-- confident with sales, costs, and driving profitability & event activities An

entrepreneurial mindset

-- proactive, opportunity-focused, and ambitious Passion for fresh, creative food and outstanding knowledge around wine & cocktail service Energy, polish, and presence on the floor -- you'll know how to read a room Natural leadership and communication skills that inspire your team
The Role

As an

Assistant General Manager, Floor Manager or Bar Manager

, you'll:

Run service with confidence, style, and professionalism Drive revenue and profitability through smart, commercial decisions Support the GM in shaping the venues' growth and reputation Champion food, wine, and cocktail knowledge across the team Ensure every service feels like a polished, memorable experience for everyone involved, not just the guests, but the team too
This is a role for someone who loves

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
