35,742.72 PA plus 150-200 per week gratuities (10,400 PA)

48 hours contract

A rare opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join Scotland's most exciting independent restaurant company.

Bucks Bar is an American-style diner serving Scotland's best chicken burgers, great drinks, and rock 'n' roll vibes every day. We're a busy, vibrant, and proudly independent brand with a loyal following, and we're now searching for an Assistant General Manager to join our management team at our flagship restaurant.

The Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of customer service are met. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas. Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, while monitoring kitchen activities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies.
