We're on the lookout for an experienced

Assistant General Manager

to join the team at

Tabac

- a vibrant, cocktail-focused venue known for its buzzing atmosphere, quality drinks, and unforgettable nights.

What you'll do:

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, late-night bar. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver outstanding service. Maintain high standards of cocktails, service, and guest experience. Drive sales and ensure profitability through smart stock, rota, and cost control. Be a hands-on leader during busy shifts, setting the standard on the floor.
About you:

Previous management experience in a busy cocktail or late-night bar. A strong leader who thrives under pressure and leads by example. Great knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and current bar trends. Confident with financials (rota management, stock control, margins). A people person who loves creating a great atmosphere for staff and guests alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.80-13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 48 per week
