An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant General Manager at Anytime Fitness Sutton. Our club has recently completed a refurb and embarking on an additional upgrade of equipment programme and so an exciting time to join the club. We have a great team and amazing members and we are looking for the right candidate to join in the journey and grow the business to its potential.

We are looking for a strong candidate, looking to further their career. To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced and proven in the whole sales process and be driven to succeed in both sales and retention. You will also need to understand the benefit of tight operations in achieving success in sales and retention. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with them to implement a sales and marketing plan and drive the club sales. You will also work to streamline all processes in the club, so that the team can work most efficiently, but sales will be a major element of your role.

We are seeking someone who has:

Experience, is driven and has proven record in gym sales and operations

A passion for health and fitness

A strong and positive work ethic is a must

A track record of working to KPIs

An interest in implementing and optimizing processes to ensure the business is running efficiently

A friendly and sociable personality

An awareness of the importance of good advance planning

The ability to schedule, manage and delegate tasks to other members of the team

Experience of CRM tools for prospect and member tracking

Strong verbal and non verbal English skills
