JOB SUMMARY:
As the Assistant Manager at The Tamil Crown, you will be a crucial leader in the day-to-day operations of the pub. You will support the General Manager in overseeing the team, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining our high standards. Your role is essential in fostering an environment where guests and staff feel valued and inspired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the General Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to standards
Support training and development programs to enhance team performance
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly
Monitor and manage inventory, placing orders as needed and controlling waste
Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance
Handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, performance tracking, and financial reporting

Previous experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a diverse team
