Assistant General Manager

Full-time role, 45 hours per week, 5 days.

We\'re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our big-hearted and talented team.

• You have been working as an Assistant General Manager in a busy restaurant environment for at least the past year. You want to be part of a company that can help you flourish and become the best you can be.
• Working in partnership with the General Manager, your big-hearted approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
• You are ready to be the General Manager\'s right arm; a natural leader, assuming responsibility to ensure the restaurant runs as it should in their absence.
• You\'re commercially savvy and bring ideas to the table, eager to develop your overall awareness and understanding further.
• First-class service is your priority; always prepared to seek tough feedback, working closely with the General Manager to ensure you raise the standards every day and exceed everyone\'s expectations.
