Overview

Call Lane Social and Tiki Hideaway are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality with exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a party atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and quality, within the late night bar industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring all standards are met and the team deliver excellent customer experiences. Manage and train bartenders to a high standard including cocktail knowledge. Drive sales and work to budgets, to be involved in the management of stock and help with monthly stocktakes. To be a party starter and deliver excellent atmosphere on every shift, be at the heart of the party.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively. Exceptional communication skills, to coach and direct the team well. To have a real passion for the late night bar industry.
