Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant or hotel. Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management. Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A background in hotel management or related fields is preferred but not essential. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment.
