Are you a passionate hospitality professional ready to make your mark? The Birds Leytonstone is undergoing an exciting transformation, evolving into Leytonstone's premier community hub for music, entertainment, and nightlife.

We're looking for a talented individual to help us bring this vision to life by expertly managing the day-to-day operations of our beautiful two-floor site.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, from mastering booking systems and cellar management to meticulously handling back-of-house obligations like compliance checklists and health & safety record-keeping.

We're seeking someone with proven experience in a similar fast-paced environment. Do you have a knack for marketing, music promotion, or event catering? That's a huge plus and will make you an even stronger candidate!
