Who We Are

We are a Hemingways an award winning local Neighbourhood Cocktail Bar in Wimbledon Village. We have the eye of the world on us for 2 weeks of the Tennis and we have a lot of banter and some seriously big brunches and legendary events.

The Normal stuff

responsibility of the day-to-day running of the venue and will work with the GM to ensure your team is fully trained you can prioritise and focus attention on the task at hand and you know the actions that move the dials of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Energetic authentic Hospitality leader able to work under pressure with ease, nothing can knock you off your game.

Solid communication skills and insane organisational skills.

Guest focused not Personally focused.

Good understanding of financials, reports and admin

A big passion for, and knowledge of cocktails

Forward thinking & confident in what you do

Passionate about recruitment, training, mentoring & growing the team - TRAINING TRAINING - TRAINING

An ability to add value pick up the phone and invite and connect with clients
