We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining a high-quality food and drink . This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for late night hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in daily operational management and strategic planning. Oversee food and drink preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Manage bar staff, providing guidance and support in drink preparation and service standards Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management and service delivery. Help coordinate events and functions, ensuring all aspects of the event / function are executed to the highest standard Weekly stock take and stock ordering Implement training programs for staff Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and bar areas. Drive sales by motivating and encouraging staff

Skills

Strong background in bar management Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Experience in high volume bar / nightclub essential Strong cocktail knowledge essential Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
