Job Summary As an Assistant General Manager in our hospitality establishment, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and leading a team to deliver outstanding experiences to our guests. Duties - Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant or hotel operations - Supervise and support team members in their roles, providing guidance and help where needed - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness - Contribute to menu planning and food production processes - Oversee customer service activities to guarantee guest satisfaction - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting Experience - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations, including culinary practices - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - Experience in team management and delivering exceptional customer service
