The Assistant General Manager at KOLAE helps the general manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly.

Main responsibilities

Supervising stock order of consumables Service quality Supervising food bibles, training and knowledge tests for our floor staff Supervising training processes for the floor team Supporting recruitment process
You will act as a point of contact for our floor team. We would like our AGM to listen, support and guide our team acting as a leading example of professionalism, knowledge and care.
