What you will do:
Mentor and lead your team from the front
Overseeing the operation of the restaurant and Deli, ensure the smooth running of every service
Drive the internal development of employees both vocationally and, where possible, assist in their personal development and wellbeing
Ensure that standards of service are maintained within all departments of the restaurant
Develop a world class work environment for our employees with care, compassion and development at its core
Ensure that financial budgets are adhered to and that targets are set, communicated to the team and that everyone works together to achieve them
Ensure that standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the building and our employees
Hire and train all new recruits ensuring the high standards, strong work ethic and professional discipline are instilled from day one

Rota management
Ensure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively

Who you will be:
Previous experience of working as an Assistant General Manager within a busy hospitality business
