Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team at The Cat and Wickets Pub Company. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations while fostering a fun and engaging environment for both team and guests.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the pub. Ensure high standards of food safety and cleanliness are maintained. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service to guests. Manage team schedules, training, and performance evaluations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Support kitchen operations as needed, including food preparation oversight. Implement promotional activities to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
