Ready to roll with us? Pan-n-Ice is looking for an energetic and ambitious Assistant General Manager to help lead our team at the Trafford Centre (within Selfridges Food Hall)!

We're famous for our creative ice cream rolls and unforgettable customer experiences - and we're growing fast. As Assistant General Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the General Manager and leading a vibrant, high-performing team.

About the Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our parlour. From supporting the team and upholding standards to driving service and stepping up when needed - you'll be a key part of making our store a success.

This is a hands-on, people-first role that offers the chance to develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the GM in leading and motivating the team to deliver amazing customer experiences. Take the lead during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and strong team performance. Assist with stock control, team scheduling, and daily operational tasks. Uphold brand standards and make sure every customer leaves with a smile. Train, coach, and support new starters and junior team members. Help maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the site. Step in for the GM when they're off-site - you're their right-hand person!

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in hospitality, retail, or food service - ideally in a supervisor or assistant manager role. Loves being on the floor and engaging with both customers and the team. Is a natural people person with great communication skills. Has a proactive attitude and thrives in a lively, fast-moving environment. Is organised, reliable, and ready to take on more responsibility. Wants to grow their career with a brand that values energy, creativity, and passion.
