Duties
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and kitchen.
Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, adhering to culinary guidelines.
Implement training programs for new hires, focusing on food safety and preparation techniques.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Skills
Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hotel setting.
Excellent team management abilities, capable of leading and motivating staff effectively.
Exceptional leadership qualities, fostering a positive work environment.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
