Anytime Fitness Euston opened in late 2022 and have provided a premium flagship AF product in Central London. We have invested heavily in best in class equipment (Hammer Strength, Life fitness, Escape. Booty Builder, Wattbikes & Hydrow Rowers) & delivered a luxury (yet affordable) experience. We have delivered a 5changing and vanity area encompassing Dyson Hairdryers and GHD Gold straighteners, functional space with Inbody scanners and recovery massage guns !
Key responsibilities are outlined below (although the below list is not exhaustive and you will be required to support the GM in the general day to day activities of the club)
Leading, developing and executing on the club's Marketing Planning & Strategy - e.g. Events, outreach / inreach activity, digital & print marketing strategy, specific campaign preparation
Own & develop best-in class Social Media - Planning, developing, posting Interactive (on Brand) content (e.g. workout tips / hints, member shout outs, competitions, nutritional advice etc)
Driving lead generation and outreach activity to achieve targets set by the owners
Corporate Development & Wellness - build relationships with decision makers by all channels (LinkedIn, direct email, knocking on doors) & design bespoke proposals to on-board new business
Deliver high quality sales / calls tours training aligned with AF service assessment guidelines
Customer service, complaint handling and resolution and retention of existing members
Support the GM in Operations & maintenance of the club, incl. health & safety compliance
Club Culture - driving a great atmosphere for our members to achieve their fitness goals

Naturally sales-focused & confident and target driven with a desire to over achieve
Approachable and Confident - the ideal candidate should have no issues approaching members on the gym floor, appearing on social media, building corporate relationships & day to day outreach
Resilience - ability to deal with operational / sales / customer issue resolution with a calm head
Nice to halves
Level 3 Fitness qualification Providing Member Inductions, possible 1-2-1 coaching and delivery of Group ex if required
Ideally from a sales background within the fitness sector
What we can offer
Competitive base salary from 28,000 to 33,000 Dependant on experience
