Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AGM/Sales Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness Aldgate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and be able to analyse customer needs effectively whilst maintaining a Gym environment.

Responsibilities

- Drive membership sales by engaging with potential customers and promoting the benefits of our services

- Analyse customer requirements and tailor membership packages to meet their needs

- Utilise CRM software to manage leads and track sales progress

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance member experience

- Conduct sales presentations and tours of our facilities

- Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve targets

- Maintain the Gym environment by utilising the team effectively

Experience

- Proven experience in sales (preferably in a membership-based environment) and assisting the Gym Manager.

- Ability to analyse customer preferences and adapt sales techniques accordingly

- Gym Sales Experience is an advantage

- Minimum of 2 years B2B & P2P sales Experience

- Must Have a interest in health and fitness

- Training will be provided on site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
