Assistant Greenkeeper - The Luffenham Heath Golf Club

The Luffenham Heath Golf Club, ranked among the Top 100 courses in England and the premier private members' club in Leicestershire and Rutland, is seeking a motivated Assistant Greenkeeper to join our dedicated team.

Our historic heathland course has proudly hosted prestigious events including the Carris Trophy, English Seniors Amateur Championship, England County Boys Finals, and Regional Qualifying for The Open Championship. As a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), the course is managed in close partnership with Natural England, ensuring the preservation of its unique heathland character and fine grasses.

We are a forward-thinking club, committed to investing in our facilities and people, both on and off the course. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to contribute to the continued excellence of a championship-level course.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold (or be working towards) a minimum of Level 2 qualification in Greenkeeping/Sports Turf Possess spraying and chainsaw certificates (advantageous, but not essential) Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills
