Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Greenkeeper or someone willing to learn, to join our team. The Greenkeeper will play a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our grounds, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and inviting. This position requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, utilising various tools and techniques to create and uphold beautiful outdoor spaces.

The Person

Reporting to the Head Greenkeeper. We expect you to be a highly motivated team player, with a strong desire to be the best and have great pride in your work, becoming an integral part of our team. Being able to work individually and as part of the team, you must have excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for improvement.

We also expect you to maintain and produce the highest standards of playing surfaces working in line with our departments S.O.P's.

You must have:

A flexible approach as some earlier than normal starts and weekend working are required

Good communication skills

A good working knowledge of machinery and its operation - or full training given

Health and Safety awareness for you, your colleagues and our members

Desirable to have NVQ 2 qualified (or working towards) or similar or the willingness to learn.

Chainsaw and PA certificates would be beneficial but not essential

The ability to play golf but not essential.

Salary range between 15,704.00-25,396.80 depending on experience and qualifications
