From 12.60 per hour (UK Living Wage - reviewed annually)

Ideally, you would be self-employed, but this is not a necessity

Level 1 Gymnastics Coach

to support our growing gymnastics programme. If you're passionate about working with children and want to develop your coaching skills in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need:

Level 1 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification

(minimum requirement) Experience working with children in a coaching or activity setting Experience supporting children with additional needs is beneficial A PVG check is helpful (YMCA Kilmarnock will cover the cost if needed)

Your Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering fun, structured gymnastics sessions for children Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment Support the lead coach with session planning and delivery Encourage and engage children of all abilities Promote the values and policies of YMCA Kilmarnock at all times Maintain attendance records and communicate progress with the team
