Salary: 63,639 per annum dependent on experience
The role
This is an opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Senior Leader to play a key role to support in leading a successful and thriving school.
You will be an instrumental part of the Senior Leadership team, and will have an Academic focus, supporting our students to obtain the best outcomes possible for them.
You will have strong management skills and will be comfortable in leading a group of Middle Leaders, overseeing curriculum and assessment and ensuring outstanding Teaching and Learning principles across the whole school.
The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and will have a vision for the continuation of our excellent academic provision, including overseeing how our students with additional needs are supported, and focusing on inclusivity.
You will work alongside wider SLT to translate the vision for the school into agreed objectives and operational and business plans.
Experience of the independent sector and girls' only education is highly desirable. Experience up to at least Head of Department level is essential.
