Summary

For our O2 location, we're seeking an experienced and adaptable Full-Time Assistant Head Chef to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a vibrant, expanding team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and mentor the culinary team to uphold high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and innovate menu items that reflect authentic Asian flavors. Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs. Collaborate with management to create a welcoming and dynamic dining environment. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking. Excellent team management and leadership skills. Deep understanding of food safety regulations. Previous experience working in Asian cuisine or similar culinary styles preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Passion for authentic Asian flavors and culinary excellence. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
