The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes

Knowledgeable about SEND, having worked as a SENCO in a primary school setting
Able to ensure high quality provision for pupils with additional needs, including those this SEND, disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils.
Able to lead on the implementation of the pupil attendance and behaviour policies.
Able to work as part of a team, taking a lead role when necessary
Is caring, positive-minded and with a solution-focused approach
Able to stay calm at all times
The personal resilience and commitment to meet the demands of this role
