Key Responsibilities



Join the Senior Leadership Team to lead and manage the school Drive school improvement strategies Oversee teaching quality, curriculum, and pupil progress Manage staff teams and resources Deputise for Associate and Executive Headteachers as needed Lead daily teaching and learning operations Support staff development and appraisals Deliver a small teaching timetable Identify and report safeguarding trends; ensure strong safeguarding Provide safeguarding training Manage diverse behavioural needs to support staff Attend multi-agency meetings to support pupils

Requirements



Proven school leadership and improvement experience Strong knowledge of Ofsted and school standards Experienced in safeguarding, curriculum, and staff management Exceptional practitioner skilled at raising teaching and learning standards Expert in behaviour management, able to enforce high standards school-wide Deep understanding of SEND Code of Practice Knowledgeable in Keeping Children Safe in Education
