Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery
Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and baristas, to maintain high culinary standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food production
Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to meet customer demands efficiently
Develop and implement training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and service
Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the establishment
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and culinary arts
Strong supervising experience with a focus on team management
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Experience in serving customers with a strong emphasis on hospitality
Familiarity with kitchen operations and barista duties is an advantage
