Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Hospitality Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and drinks service, customer Service and team management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and great dining experiences. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen areas to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development. Oversee food service and production processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all service areas in compliance with health regulations. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience. Implement effective inventory management practices for supplies. Monitor customer service levels

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the restaurant or hotel industry. Strong hospitality experience with knowledge of food service and safety regulations. Previous supervisory experience is essential, demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing teams effectively. Familiarity with barista practices is an advantage, enhancing our beverage offerings. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
