Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional guest services, and supporting the Hotel Manager in various administrative and supervisory tasks. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities



Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Supervise front desk staff, housekeeping, and other departments to maintain efficient workflow. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Support recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff in line with company policies. Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist with ordering as necessary. Collaborate with the Hotel Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the hotel premises.

Qualifications



Previous two years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Knowledge of human resources practices related to recruitment and staff management is an advantage. Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technology. A passion for hospitality with an understanding of hotel operations is crucial. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
