Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role is essential in upholding our standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to an excellent customer experience.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-presented. Carry out some laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational skills with the capability to manage time effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
